1. Conveying system: Single station lifting unwinding method is adopted, equipped with two 3-inch male key inflatable shafts, 5kg magnetic powder brake to control unwinding tension, and the overall frame adopts EPC hydraulic automatic deviation correction and pneumatic film connection mechanism, ensuring stable machine operation during unwinding and improving production efficiency.

2. Coating system: The coating method adopts reticulated coating (two types of coating combined with positive pressure and reverse rubbing adhesive), and is equipped with four reticulated rollers, a glue plane control system, a double-sided scraper, an aluminum alloy pressing plate, and a transition roller. The movement type is rubber roller, mold release, and glue equalizing. The air cylinder is used to control the up and down movement, with limit protection. The air pressure can be adjusted, and electromagnetic valve control is used.

3. Heating and drying system: Various heating methods such as electricity, hot air, steam, and heat transfer oil are used. Both the inner and outer walls and the air duct are made of cold rolled sheets; The nozzle is made of cold rolled sheet and white zinc plated. The interior is filled with 80mm trench filled ultra-fine glass wool, which can maintain the temperature at 105-115 degrees Celsius, ensuring that the coating meets process requirements.

4. Cooling system: The surface is plated with hard chrome cooling roller to cool and shape the adhesive tape. It is equipped with a power roller with a surface knurled and coated with a Teflon anti-sticking layer, an arc-shaped stretch roller made of nitrile rubber, a transition roller made of aluminum alloy, and an epc hydraulic hole corrector, providing assurance for a neat and beautiful winding.
