--PRODUCT DESCRIPTION--
For large flat surface areas
1. Made of PTFE material, non-stick powder, friction resistance, long service life
2. The electrode seat contains a conductive ring made of conductive material, which has good conductivity
3. The electrode holder contains glass glaze resistors.
The glass glaze resistors have a large resistance range, which can better transmit high voltage,
reduce high voltage loss, ensure powder charging rate, and have good stability.

--DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NOZZLES--
1. Different materials
High-end nozzle is made of molded PTFE material, with high hardness, friction resistance and long service life.
Low-end nozzle is made of extruded PTFE or PTFE added with recycled materials, which has poor materials and short service life.
2. Different resistances
High-end uses glass glaze resistance;
Low-end uses carbon film Resistance;
The service life of glass glaze resistance is 3-4 times that of carbon film resistance.
3. Different conductivity
Carbon content of high-end nozzle > carbon content of low-end nozzle
4. Whether it is sticky or not
High-end nozzles are not sticky with powder, and low-end nozzles are easy to stick to powder, which is easy to form blockage and damage the spray gun over time.
Experience Summary: The service life of high-end is 3-4 times of low-end one.
