LitoneK-302 powder coating machine can be easily dismantled and is therefore maintenance and repair-friendly.

* Continuous, tightly sealed gun body with separate channels for cascade and rinsing air      * Continuous guided powder tube, self-sealing      * Powder tube coupling with quick-release fastener      * Excellent access to the connections due to snap lock      * Easily dismantlable by a few hand movements, therefore very easy to service      * Self-sealing powder tube (housing tube seat)      * Easily removable cascade because free of grease, with integrated current limiting resistors

Made of 304 stainless steel material, environmentally friendly and harmless,; Wear resistant, with a beauti ful surface that never breaks, excellent thermal expansion and insulation performance, and authoritative certification.

Control Unit has three spray modes for easy operation      1.Flat mode       when user sprays the flat parts, choose this mode.      2.Dead-corner mode       When user sprays the dead-corner or complex parts,choose this mode.      3.Re-coat mode       When user sprays same used parts or same point need to be re-coat choose this mode.       There is default parameters,can be updated as user needs and stored automatically.
