LITONE PGC1 Powder Coating Machine
▊PRODUCT INTRODUCTION ▊
The PGC 1 Powder Gun Control is designed exclusively for use with PGC-1 manual powder guns, PG 2-A automatic powder guns.
All settings for efficient powder coating are made simple and reproducable on the PGC 1.
Flowmeters permit accurate setting of the optimum powder coating rate.
In addition the corona current, and corona voltage can also be adjusted, and the settings can be checked on the LED display, even from a distance.
The PGC 1 Powder Gun Control can be adapted to suit most voltages available.
Interchanged with the original Geme Epoxy powder, metal powder and Teflon powder can be charged evenly.
The charging rate is as high as 90% with very good spraying effect.
PGC1 PCB can be completely
The spray gun adopts PG2-A, which is completely consistent with Gema's first generation auto gun.
The gun shell is added with antistatic materials.
The nozzle is made of top-grade PTFE material, which is not stained with powder and has a low friction coefficient
